Work Readiness Academy – Empowering Youth Beyond Placement
A monthly ART-sponsored 1-Day Work Readiness Programme that supports unemployed youth through CV preparation, interview coaching, workplace conduct, and career-readiness guidance. Employers can also access QCTO-accredited and express work readiness options to strengthen youth employability pipelines. Programmes build digital, communication, and employability skills across Financial Services, Healthcare, GBS/BPO, and Logistics sectors, creating confident, capable, and compliant work-ready talent.
Corporate Partnership Opportunity: Organisations can fund a learner, co-fund, or adopt a cohort of 20 youth participants under their Skills Development or SED spend, achieving measurable impact and scorecard value.
